Gregory Suckow

Greg brings to the table almost two decades of in-house experience representing
large, publicly traded retail tenants.  As in-house counsel, Greg regularly handled
the preparation and negotiation of LOI’s and leases for retail locations, production
facilities, storage locations, offices and regional distribution centers and
construction and other service agreements.  He worked cross-functionally to
resolve landlord disputes and zoning issues, oversaw CAM and real estate tax
reconciliations and audits and helped create and implement strategies to comply
with various state laws related to advertising, consumer protection and social
media.

Prior to graduating law school, Greg spent almost a decade as a property manager
and leasing agent for an approximately 350,000 square foot commercial real
estate portfolio of strip centers, mixed use properties and office buildings.  In this
capacity, Greg was responsible for new leases, renewals, managing tenant
disputes, sourcing and managing vendors and preparing financial reports.  He also
regularly advocated on behalf of his employer before City councils, city planners
and local residents to accomplish a variety of development objectives.

Greg’s unique background makes him especially adept at navigating the issues
faced by today’s retail tenants.
