Jesse Willard
Jesse’s practice focuses on commercial real estate with an emphasis on commercial leasing, the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, real estate financing and joint venture work. Jesse has experience representing both public and private clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family developments, commercial retail shopping centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, convenience stores and gas stations. In addition, Jesse has represented both lenders and borrowers in the drafting and negotiation of commercial loan documents for debt, equity and AR financing projects. Jesse has extensive knowledge of title and survey matters and routinely tackled complex title and survey issues to ensure a smooth closing process for his clients.
Jesse graduated with honors from the University of Richmond School of Law and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Randolph-Macon College.
